Confidential project / voice & interactive 3D

Give an interactive experience a voice—and a way to act.

Voice can be part of the interaction itself. In a confidential immersive project, we connected an ElevenLabs conversational agent to a browser-based 3D experience so conversation could support navigation and actions.

The challenge

From conversation to interaction.

The experience needed more than spoken narration. Users needed a way to ask questions and move through the experience while keeping voice, interface controls and the current scene in sync.

The tools

An anonymized engineering example. Client names, private assets and identifying implementation details are omitted.

Our approach

Connect the whole workflow.

We connected the voice agent to the application’s interaction layer, mapped supported agent actions to the experience, and provided text interaction as a fallback. Voice session controls and the immersive interface were treated as part of the same user journey.

01

Ask or speak

Start a conversation through the experience.

02

Interpret an action

Map supported agent requests to the application.

03

Respond in context

Keep scene changes and user feedback connected.

Why it matters

Make the next step concrete.

This brought conversation and scene interaction into one experience. It illustrates how we connect an AI service to application behaviour, with clear boundaries around the actions it can perform.
