A multiplayer problem can sit between systems that each appear to be working. We help gaming teams trace the complete path from a player joining to a server becoming available for the next match.
A gaming startup needed help understanding why available infrastructure did not always translate into playable matches. Looking at a running container alone was not enough to explain the player experience.
An anonymized engineering example. Client names, private assets and identifying implementation details are omitted.
Our investigation followed the connection across Kubernetes, Agones, the game server and the networking service. We built a focused reproduction to examine server readiness, session visibility and recovery when a connection was lost.

Check matchmaking visibility and server readiness together.
Review allocation, connection loss and recovery.
The work made failures reproducible and separated infrastructure health from actual match availability. That gives the team a concrete way to review lifecycle changes, recovery behaviour and deployment decisions.
Share your idea or current build, target platforms and where you need help. We’ll discuss a practical scope, milestones and a way of working together.
