Start with the mechanic that matters
A useful first build answers a specific question: are the controls satisfying, does the core loop work, and can the intended platform support it? We start by agreeing on the audience, platform and main interaction, then build a prototype that your team can play and review. That gives production decisions something concrete to work from.
Build the systems around the game
Our work covers player controls, game rules, physics, interfaces, progression and the integrations a game needs. Unity and Unreal Engine are selected around the project rather than assumed in advance. For online games, we plan the relationship between client gameplay, networking and backend services early.
Prepare for the next release
Production includes regular playable builds, bug fixing, performance profiling and platform testing. We agree on the scope of release support and handover with you, including the source project, build process and documentation. Existing teams can also bring us in for a defined feature or technical milestone.
